RETURNS:

Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of order,there is a return confirmation number required, so please call for confirmation number and then simply send your item back for a full refund of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Item must have original tag attached and unopened or they will not be accepted for return. Item(s)must be unused,unwashed,and in the same condition as received.

all playwear,costumes,panties,thongs,teddies,hosiery,vinyl,leather are not returnable,due to sanitary/health concerns and federal laws.

PROCESSING TIME:

In most cases,your order will be processed 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Some orders items from certain brands may take longer. Your in stock items will be shipped once the items is located in stock,your payment approved,and the receiving address is verified.

Items do not state whether or not they are in stock on the items page,if the item is not in stock and must be special ordered,they will be shipped 7-10 business days depending on the availability of the particular item.

Discreet Packaging:

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie"in fact,there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! you can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail,of course!).

NOTE:some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is in stock.

We do not ship on weekends and certain major holidays.

WE DO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
